PrepLogic Fair Usage Policy

Unlimited Access™

Use of training included within a Unlimited Access training library including but not limited to LearnSmart Video Training, PrepLogic Practice Exams, Lecture and Quiz Me Series Audio Training, and all downloadable training training tools are included in your Unlimited Access™ program subject to a fair usage limit of one (1) training collection at any given time and a limit of three (3) training collections per user per 30 day period.

Once these limits are exceeded for any 30 day period, you will not be permitted to select a new training collection (referred to a swap within the library access management system) until 31 days from the date of the selection of the oldest of your previous training collection selections (swaps).

Each Unlimited Access program is to be used by one user only and is not to be shared with any other user (whether via a shared terminal, network, duplication or any other means).

Career Choices

Use of training included within Career Choices training library including but not limited to LearnSmart Video Training, PrepLogic Practice Exams, Lecture and Quiz Me Series Audio Training, and all downloadable training training tools are included in your Career Choices program subject to a fair usage limit of two (2) training collection at any given time and a limit of five (5) training collections per user per 30 day period.
